Privacy notice
Last updated October 25, 2026
This notice covers this website, thepracticesession.com, run by PracticeSession, LLC. It explains what happens to the details you send us and how analytics work here.
Messages and access requests
When you request access or send a note, the details you enter (your email address, and your name and message if you send a note) go to us through Formspree, which delivers form submissions by email. We use them only to reply to you, and we don't sell or share them. If you arrived through a link with a campaign tag, or from another website, the tag and that site's name go with your request so we can see which outreach is working. Nothing is stored in your browser for this.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the forms are used. Google Analytics then sets first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits. We never send anything you type into a form to Google. You can read Google's Privacy Policy.
If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, analytics cookies stay off. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed) that aren't linked to you. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to run and secure the service.
Your choices
To ask about the details you've sent us, or to have them deleted, reply to any email from us or send a note through the form on the home page.
